HR & OD Coordinator (Part-Time)
Ashton Recruitment require a HR & OD Coordinator for our client based in Lisburn.
Position: HR & OD Coordinator
Location: Lisburn
Duration: Temporary (9 weeks with a chance of extension)
Rate of Pay: £14.17 per hour
Hours of Work: 20 hours per week
20 hours per week preferably Monday – Friday 4 hours per day but can be flexible.
Duties include (but not limited to):
* Responsible for the efficient administration of relevant service areas (see below) and provide interchangeability at Administrator level, in all designated areas.
* Provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative support service across the Unit.
* Responsible for administration of workforce analytics and associated maintenance and production of reports.
* Responsible for maintaining the documents and records management system for the Unit.
* Responsible for efficient administration, to include input, maintaining and update, of HR & OD Information Systems.
* Responsible for ensuring Information Systems are operating to maximum efficiency and effectiveness and ensuring integrity and accuracy of the data held on systems.
* Carry out on-the-job training with end users on Information Systems and provide delivery of training on aspects of Induction.
* Administration of HR & OD invoices to include raising purchase orders, coding and payment in accordance with agreed timescales and procedures.
Essential Criteria:
It is essential that applicants have a minimum of:
QUALIFICATIONS
1.1 – 5 GCSE passes at grade A-C, NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
1.2 – Three years’ relevant experience in both of the following areas of responsibility;
* Administration
* Maintaining a computerised Information System
Where applicants do not hold the qualifications as outlined in 1.1 above, they must demonstrate a minimum of five years’ experience as outlined in 1.2.
* A working knowledge of computerised Human Resource Information Systems.
