Office Administrator
Ashton Recruitment require an Office Administrator for our client based in Belfast.
Position: Office Administrator
Location: Belfast
Duration: Permanent
Rate of Pay: £26,000 – £28,000
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 08:30-17:00
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
- Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
- Handling bookkeeping including invoices
- Organising meetings, scheduling appointments
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
- Processing orders
Essential Criteria:
- Previous office experience or experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exemplary prioritisation skills.
- It is crucial in this role that you possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT skills and be familiar with working with databases.
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- A good re-call/memory of ongoing jobs
- Have an eye for detail and be able to multitask and prioritise tasks on your own accord.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
Essential Criteria
- Experience with Sage 200
