Office Administrator

Ashton Recruitment require an Office Administrator for our client based in the Duncrue area of Belfast.

Position: Office Administrator

Location: Belfast

Duration: Permanent

Rate of Pay: Starting from £26,000 per annum

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 08:30-17:00

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers
  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Handling bookkeeping including invoices
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
  • Processing orders
  • Returned goods processing & recording
  • Aid with internal audits

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous office experience or experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
  • Order processing preferably from email
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exemplary prioritisation skills.
  • It is crucial in this role that you possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong IT skills and be familiar with working with databases.
  • Have an eye for detail and be able to multitask and prioritise tasks on your own accord.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience with Sage 200
