Purchase Administrator
Ashton Recruitment require a Purchase Administrator for our client based in Belfast.
Position: Purchase Administrator
Location: Belfast
Duration: Permanent
Rate of Pay: £25,000 – £26,000 per annum
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 08:30-17:00
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Ensure Purchase orders are received and acknowledged by suppliers.
- Review and monitor open purchase order lines to ensure delivery dates are met.
- Liaise with sales team to notify any issues or extended lead time notifications.
- Liaise with stores regards delivery shortages or issues
- Assist with system data cleanse.
- General administration of our Integrated Management System
Essential Criteria:
- Strong administration background
- Supply chain experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage own workload.
- Ability to work as a team.
Desirable Criteria:
- Supply chain experience.
- Sage experience (or some kind of system experience)
- Experience of working with KPI’s
Renumeration Package
Salary 25-26k dependent on experience (Performance reviewed after 6 months)
5% Employer contribution for pension
21 Holidays per year 1st Jan to 24th December – (Closed at Christmas no impact to holiday allowance)
Potential enrolment for private healthcare scheme after 6 months satisfactory employment performance
