Warehouse Operative (Forklift Desirable)

Our client based in Belfast, an electrical wholesaler, is currently recruiting for a warehouse operative preferrably with a forklift licence to work full time with the hopes of securing a permanent position after 12 weeks.

Position: Warehouse Operative/ Van Driver

Location: Belfast

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Picking/Packing Orders
• Receiving deliveries & booking in stock
• General store duties, stock take etc
• Sorting of goods
• Dispatch duties
• Deliveries in company van when required
• Location management and stock check functions
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures as set out by the client

Essential Criteria:

• Reliable, good time keeping
• Excellent attention to detail
• Full clean driving license

Desirable Criteria:

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence
